Asbestos Building Surveys Ltd was formed in 1999 responding to a need for an independent company that could speak in an easy to understand format that explained the ever changing legal obligations surrounding asbestos.

Our Management Team have worked within the asbestos industry for many years with a vast knowledge and experience on all aspects from surveying, sample collection + analysis, asbestos awareness training through to the safe removal and disposal of asbestos.

ABS Ltd has steadily grown over the years earning an enviable reputation within the industry for delivering a fast, friendly and professional service to all our clients from small retail units to large hospitals and high profile Government buildings.

ABS Ltd achieved UKAS accreditation in 2007 to undertake both Management Surveys (formerly known as type 2) and Refurbishment / Demolition Surveys (formerly known as type 3) and has invested heavily in ensuring we have membership and accreditation of all relevant professional bodies and take great pride in knowing the majority of our clients have been recommended to us.

We are also members of UKATA (United Kingdom Asbestos Training Association) and can provide a variety of bespoke training services to suit any clients' requirements.

We are based just south of Glasgow and undertake surveys and training throughout the length and breadth of the UK for both national organisations with multiple locations and smaller single base companies.
