Following a survey ABS Ltd can manage all aspects of any remedial works required.
ABS Ltd is licensed by the HSE to undertake supervision of asbestos removal contractors during asbestos remedial works.
These would include: -
- Prepare Tender Specification of work
- Tendering to Licensed Asbestos Removal Contractors
- Pre-contract discussions with client/contractor
- Full supervision and management of removal projects
- Notification to local H.S.E
- Review of contractors Method Statement
- Checking plant/equipment, medical and training records
- Ensuring site/enclosure(s) are built to standard
- Witness smoke tests
- Site supervisory visits throughout contract
- Air monitoring and visual clearance inspections through a UKAS accredited laboratory
- Update Asbestos Register on completion of remedial works
